My Chatteris, studio is normally
a tranquil place where students and like-minded artists can
practice their art. However, for a short time the whole studio
becomes alive with dynamic activity the sole purpose of displaying
a year’s work to the public. During Cambridge Open Studios
week, many artists open their studios to the public; we are
always
open so need to produce that little extra making it interesting
and different. The following images are a mere snap shop of
this process.

One day I will publish a series
of images depicting a behind the scenes leading up to these
events. You have seen the majestic surroundings of Newmarket and the razzmatazz of Washington but
not the real chaotic and fun pact action that makes these
events so much fun.
