The title of “Author” is a new one and still feels like a new pair of shoes, not quite worn in yet. I have been a figurative artist for the last twenty years. Art and writing are a big part of my life. I like to make my art and writing challenging, capturing something of the unusual. Though I find, the more unusual you think something is, scratch the surface and you will find more people into it than you ever thought possible.

The writing,

My first published story was “The Anniversary” which was a part of the “Crimson Z” supernatural anthology published in November 2006. The seconds story “The Key” was published on the web in February 2007 as a part of BVS Valentines celebration, and I am delighted to see it finally in print with the lead story “Temporally Yours”. This story means a lot to me. Time, it is a thing that for me there is never enough of. I am by nature a work-a-holic, my usual working week is 80-100 hours, that has been the routine for about the last 20 years. I love what I do, it is as simple as that when I go on holiday I take work with me, either art or writing, these days usually both. I am used to multitasking I normally have a couple of writing projects on the go and at least two art projects all running together. It helps creatively to switch between them. While writing revisions to “Temporally Yours” I have been starting the new story which I hope will be out towards the end of 2008. It is called “The Trainer” and it explores the dark side of relationships and the darker side of domination and submission. I lope it will be as captivating to read as it has been to write.

I joined BVS, as a cover artist and have had the pleasure of working with various authors and artists. it feels very much like a family, and it is always very satisfying working as a group.
