All orders placed through this web site are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Savage Art Studio.

All purchases are shipped as soon as possible and delivered to the address provided by you, typically within 7-10 days. This may be longer if we need to source a print that is out of stock or for works of art that may require extra packaging.

Savage Art Studio may vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers on reasonable prior notice to you. If Savage Art Studio requests payment for increased prices, you may cancel the order by giving notice to Savage Art Studio, which must be received within seven days of the announcement of the increase.

Savage Art Studio delivers the products you order to the address you specify in your order, within the agreed period, subject to their availability. Where the products are not available, Savage Art Studio will notify you of this as soon as possible.

Anyone at the delivery address who receives the products will be presumed by Savage Art Studio to be authorised to receive the products.

Savage Art Studio uses British Post Office for delivery with the following services available:

First Class
Regular
Recorded
Express

If you have not received your order within the expected time, please advise us so that we can attempt to trace the package.

Returns, Damaged Products

Whilst everything we send out is in perfect condition and is thoroughly checked, if something gets damaged as a result of postage please return the item.

Goods are to be inspected within 24 hours of receiving. Damages must be reported to us within 48 hours. All original boxing and packaging must be kept.
Damage products once returned at your cost will be inspected and either be replaced or a credit will be given. In certain circumstances, a refund may be issued.

Please note:

If you need an item for a certain date, i.e. birthday or other occasion, please make that clear when you place your order so we can prioritise you order and avoid any disappointment resulting from late delivery.
